After a major loss, it’s possible to just bottle things up and keep it moving as though everything is fine.
And then one day you can find that you will have a major breakdown and that’s when the grieving starts all over again.

Hi,

My name is Mercy and i experienced the biggest loss of my life on the 22nd of May 2023 when my mum died.
I was pregnant at the time and had just moved to a new country a year before.
My mum wasn’t ill for long before she died, as a matter of fact she died within 3 hours after she got to the hospital, so I didn’t have the opportunity to process or project any loss coming my way.
It will be one year this year and I can’t say I’ve healed but I know I will get there.
I’m creating a community of people who have lost someone they loved, who understand what grief is and are willing to show support for one another. Sometimes all that’s needed is a kind word.
