A huge development in the LinkedIn space! The platform is now rolling out company page messaging which makes it easier than ever before when getting in touch with brands on the platform. If enabled, you will be able to click on a ‘message’ button at the top of a company profile and send a direct message. 👏

This has been available to selected brands on a trial basis but is now being rolled out to any company wishing to use the feature. The feature is also already integrated into social media management tools such as Bird CRM, Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Oktopost, Sprinklr, and Zoho. 😍

Instagram continues to invest in improving its platform as it has announced it is testing options to create alternative image backgrounds. Essentially, this will be an AI "backdrop" sticker that allows you to change the background of any image.

It is still unclear whether this will be for business accounts, personal accounts, or both, but it will enable marketers to be more creative and access trending themes to go viral. 👏
