Ewwww just pulled this little critter of Rufus.
Remember if you find a tick on your dog use a proper tick removing tool, they only cost a couple of quid and this will minimise the chance of leaving the head still embedded. Don't panic if this happens, it will usually work its own way out but if you have concerns contact your vet.
Once a tick is removed it's normal for a little bump to remain called a granuloma which may last a few weeks.
