Laura recruits across the Facilities Management sector for Thorn Baker, supporting clients with everything from operational hires through to senior FM leadership appointments across the UK.

She spends a huge amount of time out in the industry building relationships, understanding the challenges FM businesses are facing and speaking with the people who keep buildings, estates and services running behind the scenes.
