Molletes- toasted bread with refried beans, pico de gallo and sour cream 🫘Tacos de ‘Pescado’- fried tempeh with nori in soft shell tacos with slaw and pickled onions🐟Chipotle mushroom quesadilla 🍄‍🟫Elotes- corn on the cob topped with a creamy sauce, cheese, chilli and lime 🌽Potato bites with a poblano chilli aioli 🥔Tacos al pastor- shredded seitan tacos with slaw and pineapple salsa 🌮Arroz Rojo- rice cooked with tomatoes and peppers, topped with chorizo 🌶️Rajas con Crema- roasted green peppers in a creamy, cheesy sauce, served with tortilla chips 🫑
