Well it’s been a year since we closed the doors and can’t believe how fast that’s gone. Hope your all ok and still training hard. There’s not a day goes by being asked if we will open up again. You never know.!

Due to unforeseen circumstances with deep regret the gym will be closed down Friday the 16th of February. If anyone wants to buy any equipment pop in and see us.. thank you for your loyalty and support over the last 15 years. Wish you all the best for the future.
