Good news, the gym is now open!

COVID-19 Update:

With a heavy heart, we have closed the doors on the gym to begin 4 weeks of lockdown.

However, during this time Osteopathy treatments will continue as normal and so if you are in need of treatment then please book in.

Online and outdoor 1:1 personal training sessions are continuing and allow us to keep you on track.
