Freezing leads

We understand that this is an unsettling and uncertain time for both our customers and their businesses. Over the last week, things have developed rapidly.

Because of the unprecedented situation, we have all found ourselves in, Lead One wants to support our customers by offering, while the lockdown continues, to freeze leads. This means the telephone line will be deactivated and you will no longer receive calls or email leads.

If you choose to freeze your leads, you will not have to serve your 2 weeks cancellation period. The freeze will last until we are no longer in lockdown.

No one knows how long the lockdown will last for (estimates 1 - 3 month) or if tougher measures come in, such as forcing complete lockdown.

At any time during the lockdown, you can freeze your leads with Lead One by emailing [email protected] “freeze” and allow us 24hrs to suspend your leads.
