This month’s limited-time menu celebrates vibrant flavours from across India:
🥣 Murmura Chaat – A refreshing mix of puffed rice, mango, roasted chickpeas and tangy tamarind chutney.
🍗 Namche Murgh Tikka – Juicy chicken thigh infused with lime leaf, Indian gooseberry and chilli flakes, served with our homemade chutney.
🍖 Champaran Lamb – A slow-cooked speciality from Bihar, rich with yoghurt, clove, cinnamon, coriander and garlic.
🐟 Ananas Machi – Sous vide salmon and cod in a fragrant spiced lentil, pineapple and tomato sauce.
