Cancellation Policy

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48hrs notice I will keep the prepayment to cover the loss. I frequently turn clients away that could have taken the cancelled appointments given more notice.

If an appointment is cancelled with more than 48hrs notice I will keep the payment on account for the next appointment.

Prepayments to book are non refundable.

I’m hopeful that you understand my reasons.
