Meet the Team – Harleigh

Harleigh joined Highfield Plumbing & Heating in June this year and has quickly become an integral part of the team.
Working behind the scenes, she's helping to support the day to day running of the business and ensuring our customers continue to receive the high level of service we're known for.

Although she's one of the newest members of the team, Harleigh has settled in brilliantly and is already making a real impact with her positive attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to supporting both our customers and engineers.

What many people don't realise is that a great customer experience starts long before an engineer arrives at your door. From handling enquiries and supporting our marketing activities to helping keep everything organised behind the scenes, Harleigh plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly.

Outside of work, Harleigh enjoys travelling and exploring new places. She studied A Levels in Criminology, Psychology and Art before deciding to pursue a career in Digital Marketing, bringing a creative and customer focused approach to the team.

We're excited to see her continue to grow within the business and look forward to the contribution she'll make as Highfield Plumbing & Heating continues to expand.

Meet the Team – Ella

If you've called, emailed or messaged Highfield Plumbing & Heating recently, chances are you've already spoken to Ella.

Ella joined the team in January and has quickly become a valued part of the business, helping customers from their very first enquiry right through to booking appointments and answering questions along the way.

We know that when customers contact us, they often need help quickly, reassurance that they're in safe hands and clear communication about what happens next, that's exactly where Ella excels.

Friendly, organised and always willing to help, she works hard behind the scenes to make sure every customer receives the support and information they need.
