Congratulations to our MD Ed Hutchinson who's been announced as the newly appointed Chair of LandAid in Yorkshire and Humber 🎉
Our colleagues Tom Wheldon and Sarah Gill have also taken on roles with the charity; Tom has joined the organisations Yorkshire and Humber board while Sarah, of our Leeds team, has become a LandAid ambassador.
LandAid is the property industry's charity, with a vision to end to youth homelessness in the UK.
Speaking of his appointment Ed said “LandAid is a fantastic charity that is doing brilliant work across the country in tackling youth homelessness - sadly more than 121,000 young people approached their local council for housing support last year and, given economic turmoil impacting the country, that figure is unfortunately expected to grow.
“I’m pleased to be able to play a small part in helping LandAid to achieve its goals and I look forward to working with the team in Yorkshire to get the property industry on board and behind the cause.”
