2025 was our first FULL year in business. 😱

It’s impossible to put all the magical moments into one video… I mean 90% of them weren’t even filmed! But here’s a little compilation of things that hopefully encapsulate how special Unity Performance is. 🥳

We aren’t the biggest gym, nor do we boast about being the best… but what we ARE, is a thriving community that support and encourage each other, we use science backed methods to help train for success, and we help people add years to their lives and LIFE to their years. 🤩

Thank you to every single person who has come to a class, an event, or even just liked a post! It means a lot. 🙏🏽

My commitment for 2026 as Unity front-man, is to focus all of my energy on the needs of our members. You mean the world to me and I am grateful to have the Unity community to serve. 🥹❤️💪🏽
