When we talk about support for neurodivergent minds, the conversation usually revolves around appointments, strategies and clinical interventions. But our members are telling us something different.

They are finding that the simple, collective act of singing in our Choir for Hope is doing more for their well-being than traditional mental health offers ever did.

Why? Because here, there is nothing to ‘fix’. There is no pressure to mask. It’s a sensory, rhythmic, shared experience where you can simply exist alongside others. If standard interventions haven't given you the space you need, maybe a room full of music will.

The Choir for Hope next meets on Tuesday 16th June 2pm–3.30pm at East Leake Pavilion, Costock Road, East Leake, Loughborough LE12 6LY. For further information, please visit: https://tinyurl.com/9r9hpwkz

We hope you can join us.
