Ten years in the care sector taught me one major thing: Real transformation cannot happen without radical safety. 🕊️✨

You simply can’t map out a route to where you want to go if you’re too terrified to admit where you’re currently starting from. I don’t do surface-level, high-pressure, sterile corporate coaching.
