Do you feel like your struggling to achieve your goals maybe your starting over, or had a bit of a break whatever it is i would love to help you ๐. Having a coach/pt is more than than pushing you for an hour a week its me motivating you when you dont feel like coming to the gym, or having having a bad week and keeping you on track.
You may have a bad relationship with food which as stopped you in the past, either way i would really like to help you become the best version of yourself.

๏ธ Consistency is key, turning up when you dont feel like it, those days really build character, and add up over a period of time.

๏ธIntensity is also super important maximise the most from your time in the hour that we have, yes you will see results but that extra push will get you there quicker.
If you can just do these x2 things it might be the difference between you starting over and reaching your goals.
