A team away day with a difference. πΎ
Our Relationship Managers recently spent the day at Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, one of our wonderful members, for a chance to step away from the day-to-day, spend time together and see more of the incredible work they do.
While we were there, we were delighted to make a donation to support their vital work caring for dogs and cats who need safety, kindness and a second chance. πΆπ±
It was the perfect place for a team away day. Inspiring, meaningful and a brilliant reminder of the difference our members make in so many different ways.
Thank you to the team at Battersea for having us. π

What a wonderful way to celebrate five years of Menopause Friendly. We're delighted that QVC UK received our Menopause Friendly Giving Back Honour, recognising organisations that have gone above and beyond to create lasting impact through fundraising, awareness and action.
Over the past five years, the Menopause and Menstruation Friendly Employer Awards, supported by sponsors, partners and attendees including QVC UK, have raised an incredible Β£217,000 to support vital research, charities and good causes. That funding has helped drive groundbreaking work into menopause and neurodiversity, early menopause, menopause and cancer, bone health and much more.
But Giving Back is about more than fundraising. It's about creating change. Breaking stigma. Starting conversations. And helping more people get the support they need.
As Sarah Malik, Senior Manager, Ethics and Compliance and Chair of QVC UK's Gender Equality Team Member Resource Group, said:
"Creating lasting change around menopause takes more than just awareness. It requires ongoing conversation, practical support and a real commitment to improving colleagues' experiences at work."
Tracey Cuckson MCIPD, People Manager and Gender Equality Menopause Work Stream Lead and People Manager, also reflected on receiving this honour:
"Supporting colleagues through menopause is something that means a lot to me because open conversations and the right support can make a real difference to how people experience work."
And finally, CEO Koreen Fader: "Being recognised externally is always a proud moment but it is the positive impact on so many of our team members that makes me the proudest."
Thank you to everyone at QVC UK for your commitment, passion and support. Congratulations on this very well-deserved honour and thank you for helping us create lasting change for so many people. π

We were delighted to present the Menopause Friendly 5th Birthday Honour for Inspirational Voice to The Rt Hon Carolyn Harris MP.
This special honour recognises individuals who have used their voice to drive change, challenge stigma and inspire others.
Carolyn has been at the heart of the menopause movement in the UK for many years. As Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Menopause, she has championed better awareness, improved access to treatment and greater support for those experiencing menopause. She has helped bring menopause into Parliament, into workplaces and into everyday conversations across the country.
At a time when many people still felt unable to talk openly about menopause, Carolyn was helping to make sure their voices were heard. Her determination, compassion and commitment have played an important role in driving progress and keeping menopause firmly on the national agenda.
Carolyn has helped change the menopause conversation in the UK for the better. Her leadership, advocacy and determination have helped bring menopause out of the shadows and onto the national agenda, making it easier for people to access support, information and understanding.
Thank you, Carolyn, for everything you have done and continue to do. We are proud to recognise your impact with this special Menopause Friendly 5th Birthday Honour.
