Things we do subconsciously: breathe, think, walk, sit, eat, drink, talk.
Things we can consciously control: breath, thoughts, what we consume, movement, posture, words.
I’ve been thinking a lot about the things that I know that I can & should do, but I don’t.
It often feels difficult to choose something that is outside of the subconscious, because it feels HARD.
But know this my friend - you’re not making your life any easier by choosing the thing which takes a little initial effort.
Take the conscious & controlled choice & watch how much easier your life becomes, when that conscious better choice, because your subconscious reality.
