Face to Face Smart Meter Advisor

Working on behalf of Scottish Power, your role will be to visit existing customers at their home to offer Free No Obligation energy saving advice by having a smart meter installed.

Requirements:

You will need to have lots of confidence, determination and commitment that will ensure you succeed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be prepared to embrace our culture, which is all about team work, being energetic, friendly and driven.
You don't necessarily need previous experience in Energy, however a proven record in Direct Face to Face customer service experience is a must.

Own transport desirable.

Working on behalf of one of the biggest energy suppliers in the UK, your role will involve visiting existing customers at home to offer free no obligation energy advice and arrange the installation of a smart meter to help customers keep track of their Energy usage.
Be prepared to embrace our culture, which is all about team work. You don't need previous experience in energy, however a proven track record in face to face customer service and excellent communication skills are a must.
You will be provided with an iPad, Uniform and full training with the added benefit of weekly bonuses and incentives.
Work Location: Nottingham .
Desirable candidates must have a valid driving licence.
