Window frames and surrounds only, not accessible from a ladder, short notice, no time for scaffolding this season,…all completely prepared and painted reaching from the inside, (Zinsser Allcoat Exterior Gloss/ Brilliant white) very poor condition, beyond a filling repair, painted as customer requested.
