🔴 British citizen & Veteran Matthew Roy Desmond is set to take a plea deal after being detained in Tbilisi for carrying prescription medication without the required paperwork.
The prosecution and the defence reached a verbal agreement on Monday, when another hearing in Desmond’s case was scheduled to take place at the Tbilisi City Court.
He was released on 25 June after admitting guilt and paying an $11,000 fine.
