Open to all - Mums, dads, grandparents, and older siblings are all welcome to join this 90-minute baby massage special, where you’ll learn soothing, calming, and healing techniques which helps with baby’s sleep, colic relief and immune system regulation. Recommended baby age: 5 weeks to 20 weeks
When: 7/04 10.00–11.30am, £20 per person
Included: All props, baby oil, and a baby massage certificate. Free 3 hours parking on site at Sol Centre

BABY YOGA 🐥👶
Baby yoga is one of the most powerful ways to support those important developmental milestones, including sitting, standing, and walking.
This class includes sensory time with lights, play time with toys of different texture to stimulate babies sensors and playful yoga poses for mum and baby, helping you connect while learning a wonderful system for baby development.Recommended baby age: 20 weeks to walking

New baby massage & yoga courses from March 11th at SooYoga - we provide free creche for siblings during the classes:
*10am BABY MASSAGE from 5 weeks
*11am BABY YOGA BEGINNERS from 12 weeks to crawling
*12pm BABY YOGA ADVANCE FROM 20 weeks to walking
OUR BABY YOGA CLASSES INCLUDE POSTNATAL YOGA FOR MUMMIES! We offer gentle but very important pelvic exercises and breathing techniques 🧘
COURSES DATES:
March 11, 18, 25 and April 1st
FEE: £45 for 4 weeks - all props & oils, weekly handouts and beautiful baby & mummy certificates provided! All mummies get a free hot drink after each class at our cafe!
FREE CRECHE FOR SIBLINGS:
On site creche will be available for siblings during baby classes
