I’ve been very quiet on here this last while as you’s no social media isn’t really my thing 🙈 although we’ve had a really rough year I haven’t stopped helping all my lovely clients smash their goals, from home workouts to some simple guidance I’m always just a text away - I’m so grateful for every single one of you’s 🥰 Announcing new classes later so keep an eye on my story 💪🏼😀

She put the work in and she got the results 💕 this girl, has give it her all in each session with me, she also put the work in at home, which sometimes can be hard as a full time mam, with two young kids. she has also learnt so much more about eating and nutrition.. her strength and fittness has improved so much over the 6weeks. Well done to this wee beauty 💕

Due to unfortunate circumstances LM studio will be closed this Saturday and Sunday. A client has reached out to me with a positive test result for covid-19. Although the client has only just received the results and wasn't in the gym since early this week. I still would like to take all necessary precautions to protect all of my clients I have taken a test myself today as I felt it was better to be safe then sorry especially for the health of some of my more immune vulnerable clients.. I will update you as and when I can please rest assured that all necessary precautions will be made and all equipment will be cleaned thoughly, I would like to thank the client for thier honesty as I would rather be safe then sorry. I hope this is an overreaction on my behalf and will be back next week but I love my wee business and my clients too much to take any unnecessary risks.. Lisa x ❤️
