Some days, I look lean.

Some days, I look round.

That's called being a woman. Our bodies fluctuate daily, and that's completely normal.

Yet we're constantly told we should have a flat stomach, visible abs, and as little body fat as possible.

But that's not what I'm chasing.

Women NEED body fat. It's essential for our hormones, energy, health, and overall well-being. Being leaner isn't always healthier.

I'd rather be...

✨ Strong.
✨ Confident.
✨ Healthy.
✨ Building muscle.
✨ Better than I was yesterday.

Am I perfect? No way!

I have cellulite.
I have body fat.
One of my quads is bigger than the other. πŸ˜†πŸ˜†

But none of that changes what my body can do.

I'll never be the fastest or the strongest in the room, but I'll always work hard, stay consistent, and keep showing up for myself.

Because this journey isn't about being the smallest version of yourself. It's about becoming the strongest.

πŸ’ͺ Strong women aren't defined by the size of their waist.

πŸ’― They're defined by their strength, resilience, and confidence.

So, stop chasing skinny and start chasing strong.
