We’ve had a really busy few weeks.

Then we had Rufus 10th birthday and he wanted to see a picture of his grandad. Mum sent me this picture of him and it made me pause and reflect.

My mum recently told me my boys were a credit to both me and Rosie as parents.

I grew up after my dad died at 56 (I think) and I was 9.

I was a ship in a furious sea with no sails for many years. But I’ve had the most wonderful support from family, friends and people who stepped in and guided me. There’s a small group of people who’ll always be in my hearts.

Sunday night wood effect tiling. Not going to lie, tiling. IS NOT MY FAVOURITE JOB. But. And it’s a big but. It’s one for my house so it’ll be done to the same standard I try to give to my customers.
