Over the past few months we’ve been working hard renovating a set of houses on Princes Road to create affordable live/work homes for creatives in Middlesbrough.

What were once tired spaces are now light-filled apartments designed for real creative life, somewhere you can live, work, collaborate and grow your practice.

We’re opening the doors for a walkaround preview so you can see the spaces in person before they become available.
