Greatest Expectations

Middlesbrough Council requires all new and existing taxi (Hackney Carriage/Private Hire) drivers to complete approved Disability Awareness Training. You'll need to provide the certificate showing you've passed the training before they can grant you a licence.

Greatest Expectations offers a 2-hour, council-recommended, in-person course for £50 (payable upon booking)
The session will help drivers understand, support, and interact safely with passengers with disabilities, adhering to the Equality Act 2010.
