If we don’t offer pickleball at our centre, no worries — just stay active in any way that suits you!

If you’re living with a long-term health condition, take part in a short survey led by London Metropolitan University 🎓, which aims to explore how people manage their physical activity, health and wellbeing.

You don’t need to be doing regular exercise to take part – we want to hear from as many people as possible.

Your experiences will help researchers improve support for people with long-term conditions 🤝
