Was thinking of taking my 2 boys aged 6 & 10 for a bike ride/ kick about next weekend.

If anyone wants to join in, obviously feel free to bring your own kids just let me know and we'll arrange a time.

The idea behind LadsChat is to connect Men who are in a similar mental health situation through activities such as Walks, Coffee/Tea meet up's, Sports, gaming, DIY projects etc.

This isn't a charity or a business, simply a platform to open communication.

No one will ever be expected to speak on emotions or experiences.

No money will ever be required or asked for.

Let's get together, have fun, chill and get through this as one.
