In partnership with Connected Coaching North East, we've delivered Dare to Lead training to many colleagues across the trust. The programme is consistently oversubscribed, and participant feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.
Now, we're carrying out an evaluation to understand the longer-term impact of the programme and need to hear your experiences.
Whether Dare to Lead has influenced your confidence, leadership approach, relationships, or day-to-day practice, we want to hear from you.

✅ Join a focus group
We're running a number of focus groups during the week commencing 27 July, both online and at James Cook Hospital. Sessions will last approximately 2 hours and will provide an opportunity to share your experiences and reflections in more depth.
