All done and dusted on our double extension project we’ve worked on over the last year in Cefn Coed!

This has been a challenging build at times but all in all it was a pleasure to see it all come together and to see the finished article!

Nice little job carried out over the last few weeks, with the inception of the site being the last week before Christmas, we had a real challenge on our hands to get this floor ready before the deadline.

- Full rip out works
- New oak faced bar installed
- Concrete effect tiles laid as new countertop
- New spotlights installed throughout
- Bespoke drinks lockers installed
- Decorated all existing surfaces approx. 500m2 and skirtings
- Prepare floors and lay new LVT flooring approx 200m2

Just the flooring to go down and a final clean ready for handover on Monday 👍🏻 great work by the team and our subbies!
