Merstham Library are closing at 1pm Saturday 11 July, due to high temperature in the building Redhill Library is open until 5pm

Due to an Amber Heat Alert in place today (Saturday 11 July), the following libraries will close at 1pm to protect the welfare of both visitors to the library and our staff. After a review the indoor temperatures within these libraries are considered to be too hot. All other libraries remain open at this time.

After a prolonged period of hot weather this week and a review of indoor conditions, we are continuing to see high temperatures inside Merstham Library.

To protect the wellbeing of both visitors to the library and our staff, we will close at 1pm today (Saturday 27 June). Your nearest libraries are Redhill Library and Dorking Library.
