I was originally going to animate and create sound for every single one of my submissions for this year's . I knew it could be possible, but with balancing a number of other bits and bobs, it just didn't seem viable when considering my own health.

Push yourself, but never too hard. The work isn't that important if it means you're sacrificing your mental health for it. Look at what's achievable, and always take that work/life balance into consideration.
