Announcement:
We're now only return-shipping to UK only.

We can no longer accomodate US/Canada and EU customers.

Return shipping to other countries is already costly and may result in import taxes being charged at customs due to these light units falling under the category of "car parts". Import taxes in other countries are outside of our control, and are the responsibility of the customer, so if you refuse to accept and settle those charges and divert the unit back to us again; then demand we re-ship at our cost with a low value custom declaration then unfortunately we can't accommodate you.
I can't afford to pay two lots of international shipping per customer just so they can avoid any taxes/fees and also risk the unit going adrift with such a low and falsely declared value - sorry.

When you send a unit in to us for repair we don't just repair the faulty board... ..we clean, scrub, and polish!
