My spin on the Christmas classic is based on my love of jazz and soul and the inherent melancholy of the original. There’s something so bittersweet about the smooth yet soaring melody and the reflective lyrics which I’m sure we can all relate to one way or another. I’ve always found it a slightly sad song and at the same time heartwarming. I guess that’s what makes me love it so much. I hope you all love my version too.
