Job Vacancy: Full-Time Labourer 🧱🛠️
Are you looking for a full-time role where you can learn and grow in the construction industry? We are a small, reputable team working primarily on domestic sites in the Swinton/Salford areas, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Labourer to join us.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

🛠️ Reliability: Must be able to get to and from work independently.
🛠️ Common Sense: Ability to handle tasks with practicality and sound judgment.
🛠️ Willingness to Learn: Eager to learn all aspects of the trade with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, often working outdoors in all weathers.
🛠️ Professionalism: Must maintain focus on the job—no substance use, excessive energy drinks, or distractions such as phone usage during work hours. You will be representing SB Builders to current and prospective customers and we expect a high level of professionalism at all times.
🛠️ Experience: Previous experience is a plus but not essential. We value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
