High lunge is a great posture which I include in most of my classes because it helps us to connect to our feet and gluts using stabilising muscles of the pelvis and core to balance.

If you would like to improve your strength, balance and posture. If you’d like some help recovering from injury or back pain. If you’d like to start or get back into a yoga practice my InHale classes are ideal.

Group sizes are smaller and our InHale space is warm and welcoming.
