We work with lots of charities and organisations working in Art & Culture, and although GoodCRM predominantly supports your office-based teams, it doesn't mean we're not super interested in what our customers are doing 'front of house' too - whether it's on a stage, screen, community centre or school!

When we aren't able to get out there and experience something physically, engaging with culture digitally can be a great option.

In particular, recently, we've been enjoying how cultural organisations have been using YouTube to engage with audiences. The Victoria and Albert Museum do some fantastic and detailed content, sharing their collections, and we've also been enjoying how the San Francisco Conservatory of Music are using YouTube for masterclasses, and to stream performances.

Anyone else got any recommendations for other organisations that are doing some great public facing digital stuff?
