For all students who are participating in our upcoming grading on Sunday 14th June 𝐰𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 (𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡) 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭!🚨

Participating in grading is at the instructors discretion. Your instructor should have discussed with you if you are ready to grade.

𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟎𝐚𝐦, doors open at 9am. You are welcome to come in and get any last minute practice in. 🥊

As always full kit is required for grading.

A mixed session for our juniors tonight, with some putting the final touches to their grading work for this weekend while others smashed the pads 🥊💥. After a light warm-up, it was straight into lots of short, sharp shots, with a few different techniques thrown in to keep learning fun. Who would have thought a downward elbow could be so entertaining? 💪 Maximum effort from all and plenty of happy faces at the end. Well done everyone! 🔥

After sparring last week, it was a big pad session for our adults tonight 👊. A full-body warm-up to get moving, then straight into the hard work. Simple drills, but getting the feet moving and the body in the right position was key to delivering full power. Working both lead and rear sides kept things flowing, and as always everyone worked hard. Great effort from all involved, well done. 👏

A small group today on the junior class but that didn't stop this lot giving maximum effort! 💪 One student studying hard for his grading, putting serious hours in to do himself proud. 🔥 The others were working on knees and positioning to work knees into combinations with great effect. Absolutely fantastic effort from everyone! 👏⭐️

A very sweaty adult session tonight 🔥. Leg based warm to get moving followed by a few pad rounds. Sparring rounds to end just a sensible 26 of them 🤣🥊. Excellent work from you all and we could really see the brains working and that made for brilliant match ups. Fantastic effort all in the conditions enjoy a well earned rest till next session! 💥🇹🇭
