✨ What a day yesterday was… ✨
We set off at 7am and didn’t get back until 1am, but it was absolutely worth every minute delivering our Smash Through Your Limiting Beliefs Glasswalk Challenge for the brilliant team at Phaidon International.
So many brave people stepped forward... especially the incredible ladies who rose to the challenge, faced the glass and smashed through their limiting beliefs with courage and determination.
Watching that moment when someone realises they can do it never gets old. 💫
To everyone who joined our seminar, supported each other and took part in the experience... thank you. We are truly grateful to share these powerful moments with you.
A huge thank you to my wonderful mum, , who spoke for us so beautifully and held every single hand across the glass. The calm, reassurance and warmth she brings makes such a difference to people taking that step.
And of course… we managed to squeeze in a quick visit to Eataly London and I gained a singing buddy for the journey home too 🎶🚆
