Are you on our waiting list for our very popular, fully booked Mandatory Reconsideration / Redetermination service?

If so, keep an eye on your email this week for some free advice from our Senior Lawyer along with an update!

If you would like to be added to the list for when our slots reopen, please email [email protected] or hit the blue message button on our page to speak to the team.

Don’t forget, if you want to use our free factsheet to draft your own submission, we do have some capacity for our legal team to review this for you!

Once again, we have had a huge influx of claimants who have submitted their appeals to HMCTS themselves, waited, sometimes up to 2 years for a hearing date and then contacted us at PIPP Advocacy, to ask that we represent them at their hearings in the final days beforehand.

Of course we can, we will always try to help anyone who contacts us, even so late in the day - BUT,,we wanted to remind everyone that the earlier that you instruct us in the process, the better. It usually takes us around 3 months to help you to obtain the evidence that you need to support the claim and to build our arguments based upon this.
We would be doing our clients a dis-service if we didn’t help them to build as strong a case as possible, over a period of time. This is reflected in our excellent success rates.

Unfortunately, it’s not just a simple matter of an advocate joining the call on the day. We need time to learn about, understand and to work on your case. If you need our help, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Have you made an application for PIP and need to return the long, daunting, 40-page application form?
Maybe you have a review form to complete and you’re unsure how to start?
Did you know that we offer a professional form completion service where we can phone or video call you.
This means that you can take the call from the comfort of your own home. We ask almost of the questions that the assessor will ask to ensure that the correct information is in the form, and we do all of the typing or writing for you.

Over 60% of our forms currently result in a paper-based assessment - this means that the assessor has enough information to make a decision without needing to see or speak to you at an assessment.

If you would like to book an appointment, click the below link which takes you to our simple & easy to use booking site, hit the ‘book now’ button, choose and select a time and date that suits you.
Payment can easily & securely be made by PayPal, KLARNA, Clearpay or debit or credit card. https://booking.pippadvocacy.co.uk
