✨ Roe Green Project: Victorian Home Transformation ✨

We worked with our clients to reimagine their Victorian property into a modern family home.

The project included:
🏡 A triple dormer loft conversion, creating a new master suite with walk-in wardrobe, en-suite, and woodland views.
🌿 A complete redesign of the front garden to provide parking for two vehicles.
☀️ A contemporary garden room to the rear, connecting the home to its green spaces.

The result is a home that respects its Victorian character while meeting the needs of modern family living.

Reflecting on a rewarding project! 🚚✨ We collaborated with Slate Developments on expanding a FedEx distribution center in Milton Keynes. Tasked with designing planning drawings for two new loading dock extensions, we added 11 HGV bays on the North and East sides, seamlessly blending with the existing structure using composite cladding panels and a sleek mono-pitched roof supported by a robust steel portal frame. Our detailed plans, based on initial concepts from Slate Developments, secured Local Authority approvals and ensured precise tender documentation, giving FedEx cost certainty from the start.
