What to expect when heading to , Pt.2:

We’re a small team over here at SiC and we’re incredibly passionate about a few things… Flavour exploration, hospitality, and hip hop. All 3 of those are put together in a way that comes so naturally to us, so what you’ll see is a team who have made a space that feels like a place to share experiences and maybe try something cool and new along the way.

Our menu is made entirely in house, from the home made ingredients that run through every cocktail on the menu, to even the design and photography. Everything that reaches your table has been put together lovingly by the hands of the team. Like this cocktail pictured here, think Gimlet with spices.

• Sundried Tomato washed London dry & navy strength gin blend
• Tea Lime Cordial
• Papa-DAMN

First, we fat wash our blend with sun dried tomato in oil by blast chilling, then separate the fats from liquid once the oil had solidified. Then for our Tea Lime cordial we blend lime juice, pink grapefruit, pink peppercorn, kaffir lime, coriander, bay leaf and turmeric with sugar and Malic acid. We then make a salsa with pineapple, red pepper, salt, fresh coriander and coconut yogurt, and dollop that on a mini papadam. (K-dot reference in the drink description for those who noticed 😉)
