The old abandoned All Saints church Rochdale

It was founded in 1865 and closed on 6 Aug 2017. With only 12 people attending the church.

The Parish of All Saints came into existence in 1866 and generations of people have used the church since Victorian times. The church went through an ongoing process of restoration starting in the early 1990s and was kitted out with a meeting room equipped for the congregation and the community to use as well as a new kitchen and toilet with disabled access. now abandoned since 2017. And left to decay.

The old Abandoned Old Rectory pub Stockport

Owned by Greene King as part of its Hungry Horse group restaurant

Over 300 years of Stockport history, abandoned
The Grade-II listed building was constructed in the 1740s for the use of Reverend Samuel Stead, who served as rector for the area from from 1742 until his death in 1749. During the Second World War, the pub also spent a period of time as an army billet where it housed nearby military personnel. Between 1951 and 1965, the rectory also served as the residence of David Saunders-Davies, the second Bishop of Stockport. In 1952, the venue earned its historical status and served as a rectory until it was revamped as a pub in 1991, initially under ownership of Boddingtons. As part of its many key original features, the ‘visually important’ multi-roomed building, which overlooks Market Place, features a 19th-century icehouse used to store ice as well as a Welsh slate roof then later was a restaurant owned by Green King 👑
