Now, remember your neck is going to get tight because you’re in this computer posture or this phone posture. Your brain is going to sense that your neck is not in a good position.I want you to try these three tricks. Number 1: Look straight ahead. Push your chin straight back like you’re closing a draw. That’s going to put you into neck neutral. Number 2: I want you to take your tongue, push it to the roof of your mouth. That will turn on the front stabilizers of your neck.Number 3: Once you’re in that position, find where your neck is tight with just a little bit of chin motion, side to side. Once you find the tightness, hold it for ten deep breaths.Work out the tightness that’s going to fix your neck, help with your pain and flexibility, and most importantly, get you better not older.🤷🏻‍♂️ Questions?
