We’re near completion on the refinance for T Street, just finished sending over another round of forms, signatures and documents 😵‍💫 Sometimes feels like it’s never ending

BUT, once the money lands in the account I get to do the best bit of the whole house buying process - Paying back our Investors 🫶🏼

For this specific deal she put £70,000 in towards the purchase. She’ll receive her initial £70k + a nice chunk of interest we agreed at the start - apparently to go towards a holiday abroad or some reno works on her own house 🏝️

Last bits of paperwork hopefully wrapped up before we move onto the next 🫡
