Been a whirlwind of a year with highs and lows. Nice to end the year fully settled and focused on the challenge ahead.

3 years of hitting monthly targets and tracking sessions is very satisfying, to the point where if I don’t have my Myzone belt it affects my motivation as it hasn’t been tracked 😅
