Meet our newest Personal Trainer, Devon! Devon has over 5 years gym experience, and specialises in many areas such as injury prevention and joint health and strength and muscle building.

We are committed to supporting the UK’s net zero target. We’ve upgraded to energy efficient boilers, installed LED lights to reduce energy consumption and replaced our roof to improve the insulation of our building. Moving forwards we have developed a 6 step plan to become carbon neutral.
