If you aren’t tracking, you’re guessing.

Training is hard. Dragging your arse out of bed at 6.45am is hard. It gets a lot harder if you aren’t sure if you’re getting any fitter.

That’s why all BUHFF members get the opportunity to take part in the Challenger! A scored workout that is repeated every 2 weeks to allow them to track their improvement through the 8 week block.
