Restoring your iPhone 7 and above to factory default - please be aware all data will be lost.

While your phone is turned on and plugged into a device with iTunes installed perform the following actions.

Hold the volume down button and lock button together the phone will go off, continue to hold the buttons.

Your device will turn back on, after a further up to 10 seconds an iTunes icon will appear with the word restore in a line of text above.

Now open iTunes and Restore your device.
